A Literary Labirynth. It’s not for everyone, or rather it’s not for most people. You will feel lost and confused, and it won’t make sense, but sometimes it doesn’t have to make sense, so it can make sense later. An impossible hallway that tells a story of an impossible hallway, a non-euclidean twisted corridor of words and footnotes. (but gets better with each step while descending into the madness) What i didn’t expect, but absolutely adored, is how human the connection between characters feels, and how corporeal their bonds feel. Their reaction to the events in the book also feels completely believable. Also, i know that Johnny’s story will feel weird and unnecessary at times, but when u finish his story, it will all make sense, in a wonderfully senseless way. You will feel lost, and you will want to drop this book. But if you manage to stay the course, it will be worth it.
